The power harrow has a transverse frame (1) on which are mounted disks (4) which can rotate about vertical axles (3). Earthworking tools ( 11) are mounted around the circumference of each disk do that they can rotate independently. They carry guide rollers (13) which control their positions as the disk rotates.
