<p>The present invention relates to thermoplastic compositions which are degradable and/or compostable, the method of preparation of the degradable and/or compostable compositions and use of the degradable and/or compostable compositions in a monofilament, shaped article or film, or may be used as a coating, e.g., of paper, to achieve a stronger article. These compositions have the advantage over existing biodegradable and compostable compositions by exhibiting a higher dimensional stability and comparatively low cost.</p> |
