The locking arrangement is designed, so that two sliding elongated bolts (1,2) held by means of rotary or swivelable guide (35,36), which are fixed respectively with one end at a guide (3), which is connected jointed with the end of a first rod (4). So that the rod (4) at its other end (5) has a joint (6), which at one side is connected with an end of a jointed hold rod (7) and at the other side with an end of a drive rod (8). So that the drive rod (8) at its other end is connected with an eccentrically arranged joint (21) of a structural element, connected rotationally located at the drive (11).
