<p>A cell culturing device (11) ensuring easy cell culturing operation while maintaining suitable conditions of cell culturing comprises first and second culturing units (12a, 12b), a cell supply unit (14), a liquid supply unit (15), a waste liquid tank (16), a gas exchange unit (18), and a controller (101). Cells are cultured in the first and second culturing units (12a, 12b). A CCD camera (22) supplies data on a cell image to the controller (101). The controller calculates the cell concentration from the image data and determines the timing at which the culture medium is changed and the timing at which the execution of subculture according to the cell concentration.</p> |
