<p>Cosmetic or dermatological preparations containing as the active ingredient a substance which is a sugar oil or an extract originating in plants such as various crude drugs and shows an effect of promoting the formation or maturation of cornified envelopes. These preparations are efficacious in improving the barrier function of the skin.</p> |
