A touch-panel of analog resistance film system with light shielding peripheral part capable of increasing the visibility of a screen at a low cost and supporting the requirement for a reduction in thickness of a product having an LCD with touch-panel, wherein transparent electrodes (12, 22) are formed of all or a part of a transparent conductive film on one surfaces of transparent insulation base materials (11, 21), conductive panels (1, 2) having wiring formed thereon are disposed opposedly to each other, one or more of resin layers (4, 28, 15) are provided for various purposes at the peripheral part between the transparent insulation base materials, and at least one of the resin layers is colored black so as to add a light shielding function to the touch-panel.
