A hinge device, comprising a cam part (5) having first to fifth arc surfaces (51 to 55), wherein the first arc surface (51) is disposed so that, when a cover body (C) of a cell phone is positioned at neutral, a leaf spring part (22) comes in contact also with a crossing part (56) with an orthogonal (Lp) passing through the center of curvature of the first arc surface (51) and crossing at right angle to a rotating axis (L), the second and third arc surfaces (52, 53) are disposed on both sides of the first arc surface (51), and the radii of curvatures of the second and third arc surfaces are reduced less than the radius of curvature of the first arc surface (51).
