<p>An antibacterial agent for fibers, characterized by comprising a cationic polymer having repeating units represented by the general formula [1], wherein R1's each independently is C¿1-4? alkyl or hydroxyalkyl or C2-4 alkenyl, R?2¿ is C¿3-10? alkylene, R?3¿ is C¿2-6? heteroalkylene, and A?-¿ is anion; and an antibacterial textile product which has been treated with the antibacterial agent. The antibacterial agent can impart washing-resistant antibacterial properties to a textile product without yellowing it.</p> |
