The device detects emission radiation via at least one optical waveguide directed at the stimulation point. At least one light waveguide for stimulation light is arranged above the stimulation point. Detection waveguide signals are passed to a detector via a shutter opened after the end of stimulation radiation. The shutter and light waveguides form a single unit without forming a thermal bridge between the stimulation point and the detector. The device detects emission radiation via at least one optical waveguide (10) fixed with respect to a hemispherical surface centered with respect to the stimulation point and directed at the stimulation point. At least one light waveguide (12) for stimulation light is arranged above the stimulation point. The detection waveguide signals are passed to a detector (15) with evaluation via a shutter (13) opened immediately after the end of the stimulation radiation. The shutter and light waveguides form a single unit without forming a thermal bridge between the stimulation point and the detector.
