摘要 The manufacturing method involves providing several active piezoelectric layers, or laminations, to form a laminated structure using glue or adhesive. The method involves stacking alternate layers on a substrate material and an electrically active ceramic, using a thermally activated adhesive or glue layer between each alternating layer. At least one of the alternating layers is connected with a voltage source to provide an electric field, with at least one electric active ceramic layer. The alternating and adhesive or adhering layers are heated, to activate the sticking layers. Alternate sticking layers are then cooled. The heating and cooling steps are executed simultaneously. The stacked layers are connected with each other, in order to form an integrally bonded laminate, with a multiple of electric ceramic layers. The heating and cooling steps introduce voltages in the layers, in order to effect a coupled formation of the laminate.
