PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heat insulation sash having a ventilator which can ventilate and generates no condensation inside a heat insulation frame. SOLUTION: This heat insulation sash comprises the heat insulation frame 5 and the ventilator 10, at least an outer surface of the ventilator 10 is formed of a beat insulation material, a body 28 and a sleeve 29 are disposed on an inner circumferential side of a lower frame 11b constituting the heat insulation frame 5, and an air flow passage for ventilation from an outdoor side vent 44 to an indoor side vent 38 is separated independent from an internal space of the lower frame 11b. A ventilation adjusting portion 31 has a rotor 32 which is long in the longitudinal direction of the lower frame 11b and provided with a through hole 41 in the radial direction.
