PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent internal dewing, suppress variation in room temperature through reduction of heat bridge, enable a part between pannels to b-sealed with a dry joint material. SOLUTION: A plate-like outer heat insulation material 3 is superposed on a roof side of a pannel frame 2, and an outer wall member 4 is provided on its outer side. An inner heat insulation material 5 is provided at the inside surrounded by the pannel frame 2. The outer heat insulation material 3 is for example made of a foaming resin such as polypropylene.
