PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a transmission device provided with a shock absorbing damper stopper capable of exerting characteristics against compressive load and torsional load and having high durability. SOLUTION: This damper stopper 7 for shock relaxation has: first and second metal plates 7b and 7c arranged in parallel; a resilient member 7a1 integrally formed between the first and second metal plates 7b and 7c; and a first and second film parts 7d1 and 7d2 integrally formed by convering the side face parts of the first and second metal plates 7b and 7c. This transmission device 1 is provided with the shock absorbing damper stopper 7.
