PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an epoch-making wind-sending body having serviceability and a high commercial value and to provide its manufacturing method. SOLUTION: This wind sending body 4 is formed that a plurality of blade plates 3 each having a given width are radially situated between right and left base plate bodies 1 and 2. The blade plates 3 are situated independently from the base plate bodies 1 and 2 and positioned that a radiation angle R of the air supply body 4 with a rotary shaft core L is arbitrarily set.
