<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a packaging body for maintaining freshness of fruits and vegetables which can realize the tight sealing at a level free from any practical problems without using any facility such as a heat sealer. SOLUTION: This bag-like packaging body for maintaining the freshness of fruits and vegetables formed of a single-layered or multi-layered polymer film having the thickness of <=100μm comprises a bag-like portion in which the content can be placed from an opening part of the bag-like packaging body and a lid portion which is continuous thereto and covers the opening part of the bag-like portion when it is folded, the adhesive is applied to at least one portion in the vicinity of the lid portion or the opening part. After fruits and vegetables are placed in the bag-like packaging body, and the opening part is folded at the lid portion, and adhered thereto by the adhesive to realize the tight sealing, the concentration of the carbon dioxide gas in the packaging body becomes higher than that in the atmosphere by the breathing of the contents, i.e., the fruits and vegetables, and the oxygen concentration in the packaging body becomes lower than the oxygen concentration in the atmosphere.</p> |
