PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide perishable garbage disposal equipment which produces matured compost in short time by accelerating compost fermentation and discharges matured compost with ease in an unfastened condition. SOLUTION: The perishable garbage disposal equipment 1 is partitioned to get a compost tank 2 with wall materials 5, 5a and aperture-equipped wall pipes 8, 8a..., and air is supplied at the necessary amount into perishable garbage contained in the composite tank 2. A discharge outlet 11 at the bottom of the composite tank 2, which is positioned above a conveyor 4, is equipped with a lower plate material 20 being fixed and having an open mouth and an upper plate material 25 being movable in reciprocation toward the lengthy direction. An up-side claw material 27, installed at the upper plate material 25, scratches the matured composite from the bottom to fall, and a cutting edge material, installed at an end of the open mouth and an end of the upper plate material, cuts lumps to discharge.
