PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To certainly wash out dirt of fiber products having blood staining delivered from medical facilities while sterilizing, and improve the working environment of cleaning workers. SOLUTION: Fiber goods to be cleaned are held in a cleaning bag comprising a water soluble polymer membrane soluble in >=60 deg.C water and the bag is thrown into the drum of a cleaner (S1). After beginning the cleaning, an alkaline detergent is put into the drum, water is heated until 70 deg.C and the cleaning is carried out by rotating the drum (S3). Since, in the half way during heating the fiber goods, the bag dissolves and the fiber goods to be cleaned contact at once to the alkaline cleaning solution having a high temperature of >=60 deg.C, proteins in the blood are removed by being rapidly dissolved before denatured with the heat. Subsequently a bleaching agent is added and the cleaning is carried out by heating until 95 deg.C (S4). By the bleaching action, yellowish-brown spots remaining in the fiber goods to be cleaned are removed and the fiber goods to be cleaned are sterilized by the heat. |
