PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enhance the visibility of a display device for a vehicle. SOLUTION: A display face is divided into a plurality of display regions, e.g. a liquid crystal speedometer 36 as a speed display region, a tachometer 37 as an engine speed display region and the like. Illumination means 33, 34 are arranged in the speedometer 36 and the tachometer 37. Light-emitting diodes 43, 47, which can emit a plurality of colors, are arranged in the respective illumination means 33, 34. In a predetermined state, i.e., when the speedometer 36 exceeds a fixed speed and when the tachometer 37 exceeds a fixed speed of rotation, the light-emitting colors by the light-emitting diodes 43, 47 are changed by a control circuit 60. |
