PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a segment faying structure having metal fittings formed with taper faces, removing the gaps between the taper faces, and preventing the play between segments. SOLUTION: Faying metal fittings 17 with a C type cross section are provided on the faying face 13 of the segment 11 parallel with the pit axis, and the faying metal fittings 17 are coupled with both end parts of connecting metal fittings with an I type cross section. Taper faces formed on the faying metal fittings 17 and the connecting metal fittings are brought into slide contact with each other, the faying metal fittings 17 are drawn together, and adjacent segments 11 are connected in this segment faying structure. A sealant 43 gradually protruded from the faying face 13 toward the gallery tip side from the gallery rear end side is stuck to the faying face 13 of one of adjacent segments 11, and a sealant 43 gradually protruded from the faying face 13 toward the gallery rear end side from the gallery front end side is stuck to the faying face 13 of the other adjacent segment 11.
