PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent dew condensation of an entrance. SOLUTION: A steel frame of the vestibule has a peripheral part P1 surrounding the periphery of a door member 20, and a projecting part P2 positioned on the building inner side of the peripheral part P1 so as to correspond to the side part of the door member 20. This decorative cap 10 for a frame is mounted to the steel frame 1 and has a cap body 11 mounted to the projecting part P2. The cap body 11 is constituted to cover the surface of the projecting part P2 with an air layer 18 interposed in between. Since the air layer 18 is interposed between the projecting part P2 and the decorative cap 10 for covering the surface, heat is hardly conducted, so that the decorative cap 10 existing inside a building is uninfluenced by the temperature of the steel frame 1 and therefore prevented from dew condensing.
