PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a washing water discharging method for a domestic flush toilet stool directly connected to a water supply system or a domestic flush toilet stool closely connected to a low tank capable of depressing noise caused by the washing water ejected from a jet nozzle or a jet water discharge hole. SOLUTION: The method is a washing water discharging method of a domestic flush toilet stool directly connected to the water sypply system to which washing water is directly supplied from the public water supply system. Washing water is discharged from a first discharge means to the upper part of the bowl of the flash toilet stool and subsequently, discharged from a second discharge means to the lower part of the bowl. When the water level of the accumulated water in the bowl comes down to a specified water level, washing water is discharged continually from the second discharge means.
