PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a ground evaluating method for properly evaluating the ground, a recording medium and an offering method of ground information. SOLUTION: Respective items for showing a ground state are investigated by a survey of the actual place (Step S2). The respective items obtained by the survey are converted into scores by referring to a first table for respectively converting the respective items for showing the ground state into the scores. The respective scores are totalized (Step S4).
