POLYESTER RESIN COMPOSITION AND METHOD FOR MANUFACTURING SHEET

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To impart a melt tensile strength sufficient for peeling a thin wide sheet from a metal roll of high temperature and also provide a polyester resin composition having excellent peeling property from the roll by compounding a polyester resin composition composed mainly of a specific amorphous polyester resin with a specific resin capable of increasing and controlling a heating melt- viscosity. SOLUTION: A polyester resin composition obtained by compounding 100 pts.wt. of a resin component mainly comprising an amorphous polyester resin constituted of the dicarboxylic acid component consisting of terephthalic acid, and the diol component consisting of 20-35 mol% of 1,4-cyclohexanedimethanol and 65-80 mol% of ethylene glycol with 1-17 pts.wt. of a modifier consisting of a diene rubber or an olefin rubber and 1-3 pts.wt. of a lubricant.
