PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a liquid crystal panel, having the function of efficiently screening thin-film transistors and driver ICs of a liquid crystal panel in a short time. SOLUTION: This liquid crystal panel is provided with a display part, which is composed of plural pixels and in which a thin-film transistor is formed for each of them, a 1st switching element for supplying the gate part of the thin-film transistor with a 1st voltage fixed to a prescribed voltage, when the transistor is turned on, a 2nd switching means for supplying the gate part of the thin-film transistor with a pulsed 2nd voltage, when the transistor is turned on, and a changeover circuit for changing over from/to the 1st voltage to/from the 2nd voltage by selecting the 1st switching means and the 2nd switching means alternatively by a changeover signal.
