PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a tunnel space forming device for camera without causing any damage of perforation or the cutting of film caused by the traveling of film by preventing a rib from being formed at a part facing the perforation in a structure for forming tunnel space by a guide rib consisting of plural ribs fixed on a back cover. SOLUTION: The guide rib 45 consisting of plural ribs 45a having the traveling direction of the film F in the longitudinal direction is formed on the inner side surface of the back cover 4 for closing the back surface of the camera main body 1. The rib 45a is not formed at a position facing the traveling area of the perforation Fp of the film F. Therefore, processing to cut the rib 45a need not be performed at a position where the photorefletor 18 faces, so that a part with which the perforation Fp is engaged does not exist and the damage of the perforation Fp and the cutting of the film F are avoided.
