PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a neck cover capable of being enjoyable with fashionable feeling, and capable of being readily attached and detached to solve the problem that when wearing a garment or the like having a design with no collar or a widely opened collar, extra attention is paid for the prevention of the skin from the neck to the chest from being sunburned during driving of a car or in the outdoor where the sun beam is worried about. SOLUTION: Plural belt loops 4 and 4' are formed in the positions to be formed into a neck part 3 cylindrically stood along the neck at the center part of a body part 2 by French seam so as to form belt shapes, and U-shaped engaging belts 5 and 5' bent to the U-shapes and having flexibility are inserted into the belt loops 4 and 4' to form the objective neck cover for preventing the sunburn. The flexible engaging belts 5 and 5' not only can facilitate the wear on the neck but also can enable the height of the collar to be freely adjusted.
