PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a top-coating composition excellent in intercoat adhesion. SOLUTION: Provided is a top-coating composition comprising (A) a curable resin having a hydrolyzable silyl group and a group represented by general formula I (wherein R1 to R4 are each independently hydrogen or a 1-6C alkyl), (B) a compound having at least one primary amino group, (C) a silane coupling agent having an epoxy group and an isocyanate group, and (D) a solvent.
