PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide ultraviolet light fluoroglass excellent in fluorescent and transparency, a products of ultraviolet fluoroglass, and a method of manufacturing the same. SOLUTION: This fluoroglass is composed of glass component and oxides containing rear earth elements which emits fluorescence when irradiated with ultraviolet light. In the fluoroglass, over 60 wt.% SiO2 is contained as glass component, and also contained oxides containing rear earth elements CeO2, etc., as oxides containing rear earth elements.
