PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electrophotographic photoreceptor which does not change the electrostatic characteristics (particularly photosensitivity and electrification property) with time even when stored for a long time and which does not produce an abnormal image after manufactured and before used. SOLUTION: In the electrophotographic photoreceptor having at least a photosensitive layer formed on a conductive supporting body, the change rate of the solvent content in the coating liquid for the photosensitive layer included in the photosensitive layer just after coating and drying till 24 hours later is specified to <=10% of the content just after coating and drying.
