technology of fruit-and-berry dessert production for using under conditions of autonomous existence. SUBSTANCE: method involves preparation and mixing of apple and apricot puree, bee honey, sodium chloride, roasted ground kernels of cashew, extract of Eleutherococcus, lipid-containing extract of biomass of microorganisms Pythium catenulatum, boiled rice grits and water. The method also includes homogenization, sublimation drying, grinding and packaging of obtained mixture in sealed package under aseptic conditions in vacuum. The method enables to prepare dessert with more balanced composition of main nutrient ingredients applicable for use under autonomous conditions. EFFECT: broadened assortment of fruit-and-berry desserts. |
