LIGHT DIFFUSING BODY AND METHOD FOR USE OF THE SAME

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a light diffusing body which does not decrease transmittance for incident light but can decrease reflectance for ambient light. SOLUTION: The light diffusing body has microsphere lenses 1 arranged on the surface with each microsphere lens 1 embedded in a light absorbing layer 2. The light absorbing layer 2 has openings formed by each microsphere lens 1 around the axis of the lens. The ratio r/r0 of the radius (r) of the opening of the light absorbing layer 2 to the radius r0 of the microsphere lens ranges 0.1 to 0.5.
