PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a power feeder in which damage of a solid electrolyte membrane is prevented when the feeder is pressed on the membrane, and the contact pressure is maintained constant even when the feeder is contracted or expanded due to a temperature change, and hence the lowering of an electrolyzing voltage is suppressed, and to provide an electrolytic cell utilizing the advantages of the feeder. SOLUTION: This feeder constitutes the electrolytic cell in a electrolyzer of water and is used to be pressed on the solid electrolyte membrane. The feeder has 5-50 MPa compressive elastic modulus. |
