PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a gas hydrate-dewatering apparatus or a multistage gas hydrate-dewatering apparatus capable of increasing the generation efficiency of gas hydrate, and at the same time, increasing dewatering efficiency by hydrating an unreacted mixture of water and a hydrate-forming material. SOLUTION: The gas hydrate-dewatering apparatus 3 comprises the following: the apparatus body 11; and introducing side conduit 12 for introducing unreacted water and an unreacted hydrate-forming material together with gas hydrate into the apparatus body 11; a take-out side conduit 13 for taking out the gas hydrate from the apparatus body 11; and a transferring mechanism 14 for stirring the gas hydrate, water and a hydrate-forming material which have been introduced into the apparatus body 11 and transferring them to the take-out side conduit 13.
