PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method simply preparing an optically active allyl alcohol having amino group, and a new optically active compound. SOLUTION: This method prepares an optically active ally alcohol derivative having an amino group expressed by formula (4) using a derivative of 1- acylamino-4-hydroxy-1-butene expressed by formula (1) as a starting material and serially passing processes (a1), (a2) and (a3) expressed in the following scheme (I). |
