SOLUTION: A block 3 in which vacant parts 7 provided at a basic shell 2a are continued is formed by juxtaposing a plurality of shell units 2 in which a thermal storage material 2b is filled in the shell 2a by approaching opposed surfaces F. A heat transfer channel 4 having a pipe 10 for passing a heat transfer medium passing through the vacant parts 7 is formed in the block 3.
