摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To stabilize switch characteristics by exercising no influence on a thermal conduction state when an operation force is in a thermal ON-state and cause deformation and rupture due to an excessive operation force to hardly occur, in a low temperature mechanical thermal switch to thermally switch ON and OFF between a part to be cooled, being an object to be cooled, and a cooling part to cool the part to be cooled. SOLUTION: An operating shaft formed of a goof heat transfer material thermally and constantly connected to one member and movable forward and backward in a given direction is situated on one side of a part to be cooled and cooling part and a hole part in which the operating shaft is inserted and at the inside of which it is moved forward and backward is formed in the other side. A spring member having an energizing force in a direction extending orthogonally to the moving forward and backward direction of the operating shaft and formed of a good heat transfer material is mounted on one of the operating shaft and the hole part and the spring member is forced into contact with the other of the operating shaft and the hole part by its energizing force. A thermal ON-state where the operating shaft makes contact with the inner surface of the hole part through the spring member and a thermal OFF-state where the operating shaft makes no contact with the inner surface of the hole part through the spring member are changed over.
