PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an active matrix type liquid crystal display device, in which generation of lateral stripes on the display caused by a feeding wiring structure is eliminated. SOLUTION: In the matrix type liquid crystal display device including plural scanning wirings, plural signal wirings, plural switching elements disposed in first crossing parts of the scanning wirings and the signal wirings, plural common wirings disposed in parallel with the scanning wirings and plural feeding wirings disposed in parallel with the signal wirings, the common wirings 2a and the feeding wirings 3a' are electrically connected directly to each other in the same layer and the scanning wirings 1a and the feeding wirings 3a' are not connected to each other, at second crossing parts of the scanning wirings 1a, and the feeding wirings 3a' and the scanning wirings 1a are connected to each other in a layer, where the feeding wirings are not wired.
