PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a fusible interlining cloth capable of providing initial peel strength required for sewing when being stuck to a specially finished cloth, excellent in resistances to washing and dry cleaning, and capable of providing clothes having soft feeling. SOLUTION: This fusible interlining cloth has a second resin layer 3 on a punctiform first resin layer comprising a polyurethane resin and an acrylic resin.
