PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a container of lightweight to be easily, simply and inexpensively assembled and replaced. SOLUTION: The container for handling bulky materials is provided with a square cylinder 1 and a chute 2 of a reverse conical shape formed below the square cylinder, and the square cylinder is formed by lining sections 3 standing in upright on four corners of a cylindrical sheet 5 around a rectangular frame assembled by a lateral lever 4 connecting the adjacent sections 3 standing in upright for corners, and the lower end of the cylindrical sheet 5 is suspended into a reverse conical cylinder 7 disposed on the lower section of the square cylinder 1 to form the reverse conical chute 2.
