PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To develop an implement for preventing a shining phenomenon in which only a part where a suit or the like rubs against a seat belt when driving shines. SOLUTION: This implement is provided with a contact main body 20 comprised of the outer cloth 21 contacting with the clothing such as the suit and formed with a material having large friction and of the inner cloth 22 contacting with the seat belt S inside the outer cloth and formed with a material having excellent sliding, and a stopper part 10 with gripping pressure which is slidable on the seat belt S when grasped by the hand and stationary at the place when released from the hand. Between the contact main body 20 and the stopper part 10, an adjusting part 30 formed with an elastic material, ensuring slide in the contact main body by following a movement of a driver in the contact main body is provided.
