PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a frame structure for a laser scanner unit which realized the improvement in rigidity and miniaturization, and to provide a laser scanner unit and an image forming device. SOLUTION: A base 28 is fixed in near the neighborhood of the center in the height direction of the side walls 21, 22, 23, 24, 25 and 26, and the cross-section shape of the whole frame forms almost a H shape. Then, a plurality of optical components are separated and attached on one surface 28a side through the base 28 and on the other surface 28b side through the base 28.
