PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for producing a medicinal composition excellent in sparingly water-soluble medicament efficacy. SOLUTION: This method for producing a medicinal composition is characterized by comprising the following practice: a sparingly water-soluble medicament is dissolved in a mixed solvent composed of a layered silicate-dispersed water and a water-miscible organic solvent, and the solvent is then removed and/or evaporated to dryness.
