[Also in Division B7] A rope grip by which a skier is towed along by an endless rope 7, comprises levers 13, 16 pivoted together at 14, two plates 17, 18 on lever 16 define a slot 20 through which the rope is passed. The plate 18 carries a spring 19 which is pressed against the rope by a pin 15 on lever 13 on relative rotation of levers 13, 16 to grip the rope between pin 14 and spring 19. The skier may be attached to rope 22 or use lever 13 as a hand grip.
