METHOD EVALUATING DEPTH OF OCCURRENCE OF OIL AND GAS FIELD

SUBSTANCE: four geophones as minimum capable of recording of vertical infrafrequency seismic vibrations are positioned on cruciform base above place of microseismic activity of oil and gas field. Said vibrations are recorded in the course of time interval sufficient to record statistically authentic noise signal in infrasound range of frequencies generated by oil and gas field. Spectral density Z of recorded vertical random infrafrequency vibrations is computed. Obtained data are used to evaluate depth of occurrence of oil and gas field. EFFECT: increased accuracy of prediction of depth of occurrence of oil and gas field. 2 cl
