PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce noise due to the fluctuation of pressure that is generated between a cross flow fan and a stabilizer 22. SOLUTION: A blower is composed of a cross flow fan where a plurality of blades 23 that are extended in the direction of a rotary shaft are arranged in the peripheral direction of rotation, and a stabilizer 22 for straightening the flow of the swirl of air being generated in the cross flow fan and allowing the air to cross the cross flow fan smoothly for flowing. At this time, the stabilizer 22 forms an uneven part 25 on an opposing surface 24 that opposes the cross flow fan, thus shifting the phase between pressure fluctuation that is generated at a point A and pressure fluctuation that is generated at a point B, off setting them, and hence suppressing the generation of a large noise. |
