PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for manufacturing a thin, high density ceramic green sheet with a dense surface. SOLUTION: A ceramic slurry is coated in thickness <=10 μm on a substrate. The slurry coat is dried in a multizone oven whose temperature in the first zone is controlled to higher than in the second zone. |
