PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To ensure the exact movement of a stage and the holding thereof in a moving position by using an eccentric cam. SOLUTION: A base 104 supports the stage 106 formed with an exposure head 92 by means of leaf springs 108. The eccentric cam disposed at the base is made relatively rotatable in its outer peripheral part and axial central part and the leaf springs energize leg parts 106A toward the outer peripheral part. When the eccentric cam is rotated by the drive of a stepping motor 110, the eccentric cam is rotated by the leg parts which are so energized as to abut on the outer peripheral part of the eccentric cam. The stage is then moved in attaching and detaching directions to and from a rotary drum 54 and is held in the position where the eccentric cam stops. Since the eccentric cam does not rub against a striking plate 174, the wear and deformation thereof are prevented.
