<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fermentation machine, which operates in free-maintenance for fiber containing composite, and is capable of stably running a conveyor by adjusting tension of chain with ease. SOLUTION: The fermentation machine is equipped with a movable chassis 1, which moves on a pit rail(PR) and a conveyor 2, which scoops composite from the pit P and agitates. The conveyor 2 is inclined downward in a way that one end is supported at the movable chassis 1 and another end positioned near the bottom of the pit P. The conveyor 2 is equipped with multiple chains 3, circling separately between one end and another end with driving force, scoops 4, being installed on chains 3 in a certain pitch, and agitation claws 5, being installed in multiple at another end to rotate in relation with chain movement.</p> |
