PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a scroll type compressor with reduced working cost by improving workability of a high pressure introduction passage. SOLUTION: It is possible to work all of a through-hole, a first communicating hole and a second communicating hole constituting a high pressure introduction passage from the outer peripheral side, to improve workability and to reduce working cost as the high pressure introduction passage 11 is constituted of the through-hole 11a in the diametrical direction provided on a frame 5 and penetrating to a back pressure chamber 9, the first communicating hole 11b in the axial direction to communicate with the through-hole, a second communicating hole 11c in the axial direction to communicate with the first communicating hole as well as provided on a fixed scroll 2 and to be communicated with the first communicating hole and a press-fit pin 11d to block the outer peripheral side of the through-hole.
