PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a propulsion flexible concrete pipe and its manufacturing method capable of being easily manufactured and installed with a simple structure at a low cost and allowing conduit member bodies to be displaced to the approaching side. SOLUTION: A plurality of width setting members 30 are inserted in the peripheral direction from the inner peripheral side between the opposite end faces of conduit member bodies 2 and 2' connected by water stop rubber 11 to specify the interval, and thrust transmission concrete 3 is formed between the opposite end faces except for the width setting members 30 to form this propulsion flexible concrete pipe 1. The width setting members 30 and the thrust transmission concrete 3 are removed after propulsion work is completed, and a joint filler is filled and arranged between the opposite end faces.
